While Cindy and the kids are still playing in Washington, I had to take a 4 day trip to Kansas City for a business conference. While there I was able to take an evening trip to Independence to visit the Church's visitors center and see the sanctuary for the Community of Christ, formerly known as the Reorganized LDS Church. The sister missionaries there did a wonderful job of sharing insights and bearing their testimonies of the Church, the Restoration, and the Lord Jesus Christ. Today I will be able to make a brief stop at Liberty Jail on my way to the Kansas City airport.
So glad you get to see those spots. Our son lives in Lawerence Kansas, so we get to go there from time to time. What a vacation your family is having.
