Too Cloudy, Too Rainy, Still Beautiful

This morning was too overcast and rainy for a sunset, but the sky and the clouds were still very pretty.

Memorial Weekend Picnic

Thanks to Grandpa Davis we had a great picnic near the Menan Buttes and the Snake River.  Jenna made sure we got a picture of most of us eating.

Ride Day 5

This morning being a Saturday I slept in a bit and did not start my ride until 7:00 and hence missed the sunset, but it was a beautiful morning nonetheless.

Sunrise 3A and 3B

This mornings ride was much warmer and it is amazing how much earlier the sun seems to rise each morning.  The first sunrise picture was at about 6:00 am, about 13 minutes before the actual sunrise.  The second was at a an LDS church just north of Rexburg.

Sunrise 1

With my early morning bike rides, when I leave at around 5:30 am, sometime during my 1 hour ride the sun rises.  Often I wish I had my camera, so today I decided to strap it over my shoulder and take a 30 second brake to catch the moment.  I hope to do this most morning and will post the daily picture on our family blog -- so here is Sunrise 1!
