This is the first in a series of posts for the Sherrel and Mary Davis Family Camp, 2009. This year we spent several days camping at Meadow Lake in the Lemhi Mountains near Leadore, Idaho. We arrived around noon on Wednesday, August 12th and found the campground to be completely full. We decided to camp down the road in an open area, which actually worked out much better as we had a large group and we had all the space to ourselves allowing us make all shorts of noise, shoot guns, kid's night games, and pull large stumps into camp with our four-wheelers. We had a great few days enjoyed by Grandpa and Grandma, Steve and his family (including Matthew and Aubrey), Michael and Kelli Weldon, Kevin's family (minus Kegan and Brett who were working), Brad and two of his children (Breanna and Stockton), Todd and his family, and Mary Jo's family. All in all we had 30 folks and it was a great reunion.
