Halloween this year was extra fun because we had Matthew's family with us. They have just moved back to Rexburg! We had a cowgirl, a football star (with a new Nike swoosh haircut), Thomas the Train, and a pumpkin. They had a great time, though none of them were too scary, except perhaps for the skeleton mom and baby! On a side note, how cool is it, at the age of 53, to still have "little enough" kids to go trick or treating. Either that, or it is a sign of really bad family planning! And, this will never happen again, the high temperature for Halloween day in Rexburg was 69 degrees:)

Remembering Halloween, and Emrie's Brithday
What a late post, especially for Emrie's birthday, which just happened to coincide with BYUI's P2B conference (which took all of the old man's time). We did have a lovely time celebrating the cutest-girl-in-the-world's 7th birthday. She wanted caramel instead a cake, which we learned doesn't work best for candles. We were so happy to be joined by Grandma and Grandpa Davis, along with Jenna's good friend Chris.
